Nokia 6111 Mobile Phone Review
Featuring the same easy to use interface as other Nokia mobile phones, and plenty of handy features that are designed for every day functionality, the Nokia 6111 is a great value mid range mobile phone aimed at anyone who wants a reliable and easy to handle mobile phone and does not need the high end features such as email and document editing that are possible on more expensive Nokia models.
The Nokia 6111 is one of the smallest phones currently available thanks to its clever sliding mechanism that cunningly hides the keypad underneath the screen. Although many other manufacturers also offer a similar style of phone, this one, with it's smaller than average screen manages to be one of the smallest around.
This phone boasts a one mega pixel digital camera, which is boosted by a light that illuminates the subject of your photograph, and also offers a brilliant night feature for taking clearer photos on a night out when other cameras might fail to capture the details. As well as mega pixel still images; the Nokia 6111 is capable of shooting video clips, although the relatively small memory of just 23MB means that you cannot make your first movie using the camera on this particular phone.
As you would expect from a Nokia, the 6111 is fairly simple and straightforward to use, and can be customised extensively to ensure that you have a mobile that fits your personality.
You can choose from a good variety of ring tones that are built into the phone, or download your own from the internet, suppliers like Jamster, or from your computer by using the Bluetooth connectivity.
There are a number of games built into the Nokia 6111 including Solitaire to keep you occupied on a long journey, or when you are waiting for someone. The Nokia 6111 is capable of playing MP3 tunes, but as above, the limited memory on the phone restricts you to around 4 tunes being stored on the phone.
Although this small phone appears to only offer a relatively limited feature set, its main selling point is its compact size, light weight, and ease of use. It is not aimed at anyone who craves the latest cutting edge technology, or who requires every gadget possible combined into a single unit. Instead, the Nokia 6111 is aimed at people who want a phone that is good at communicating, and that is what it does best.
